Apply for RPD ( Refugee Travel document) and visit a country where he can easily come and meet him. You can go anywhere with RPD but not to your home country. I hope he is not at bed. If he can travel somewhere you can meet him at any other country.

yes i know people got hearing dates who applied in Feb 2019 and Jan 2019. plus one person applied August 2018 was expedited through a pilot project he received lettr and hearing within 40 days got accepted.

i got a hearing date in June 2019. applied november 2017

my time line is applied november 2017. Initial hearing date June 2018. postponed january 2018. Received new hearing date for June 2019. happy. anyone have same timeline
