it depends from 1 month to 1 year . as complex cases they finish in 14 months processing time . depend on office too

with application or at the time of interview. usually they can request it anytime or not depend on officer but from my personal experience i recommend getting stamps and visa translated before hand the non english ones to avoid unexpected delays
