    It was all handled by Lawyers, did not get any update in between, Just waited patiently; all in all usual processing seems to be 4W + Few Days after Biometrics

    Yes, my lawyers asked me to get it upfront as a requirement. There are alternatives also if you are not able to get it. Try to get it from one or two employers at least. You can search Youtube and many people have explained the format also.

    I could get it from previous employer, whom I left six years ago, I could not get it from previous to previous whom I had left long long ago.

    It is single letter with details of your roles and responsibilities along with compensation at the time of leaving, you have to get it from previous employers.
