Hello everyone i got my DM this morning, june 2019 applicant, now waiting montreal office to send copr. it has been 23 months, will see how long it will take to receive copr. they requested rcmp finger prints and military details from me on march 2020, eligibility passed 10th december 2020...

i live in quebec too and never heard anything like this before that receipt confirmation or something , im 2019 june applicant and waiting after eligibility passed in dec,,a friend of mine got his copr who applied same time as me. im not sure if ircc discriminating people applied from quebec...

if you have your application number you can do that in your gc key account very simple. There is a link at bottom of your profile page says " link an application to your account" Application number is on letter that ircc sends to let u know they have received your application.

Yes it expired already, i sent a paper application today, will see what happens. It says 77 days for processing time both online and paper on cic website.
