Is there anyone in BC who tried to change their Health Card using eCopr and was able to ? I tried to and they told me I need to wait for the PR card

Similar situation happened to someone I know he called them and they corrected it in a few days

I know waiting sucks but this thing about sending letters and photos via mail , and sending them multiple emails, I don’t feel it’s right , you never know who receives your email they might delay the whole thing just to spite you, anyway it’s just my opinion anyone can do what they feel works...
