Highly highly highly doubt it’s Decision Finalized, otherwise we, me and a couple of “e-grant DF” applicants, wouldn’t have our note #1 redacted if that makes sense cuz if it’s decision finalized then why redact it! But you’re right it’s only assumptions. Hopefully we reach the finish line...

What does your paper file location say? Also the note you have mentioned above, is it note #1 or #2? because I have a very similar timeline and I also have the same note but it’s under note #2. Note #1 is blank however.
