My GCMS have a note indicating a name change. Everything is same except that "state" name shows up in new value. Don't even know why DOB, Gender, Place of Birth etc is part of "Name". Do you think this can trigger additional security checks?

The result at the end after you submit the test. During the test you dont see any score, also don't see if the answer is correct/wrong. Thats because you can go back to review your answers and then change it before final submission

How did you find out about Security vs Criminal status? Calling IRCC?

Do you mind sharing your timelines or how many days after the test was completed did you get FP request? I am a June applicant in a similar state. BG not completed, but the test was taken and completed. My spouse had her BG completed before the test invite. So I guess, I should expect FP as well.
