I suggest you contact the medical center where you took the tests and confirm that the results were uploaded on cic portal. If they confirm, I think you don't need to worry.

Thanks AHM-HHG. Our medicals were done on on Feb 17 and 24. e-Cas showed received on Mar 2, and now it is about three months since then. I have checked timelines at this forum, it seldom goes beyond two months. I hope we receive the PPR very soon.
