You don't have to submit a PCC from Canada but you need to submit PCC from your home country or from any other country where you have been for at least 6 months.

So the next thing I expect is BG: "Not Applicable" and after that BG: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." Have you experienced the same? Were you an inland applicant?

I took mine by myself using the tripod. It's hell expensive to take pictures in studios in Canada. For you, I would suggest you go to Master Studio in Bata Signal or any "real" photo studio and take the photo specifications file printed with you.
