I just called BLS and they said that since it shows "underprocess" it means BLS is still verifying your documents. Customer representative just asked me to call back next week to check on status. She was not responding to my query about the "no record found". Any advice?

I submitted application at Vancouver on July 19, 2024. Should i expect an acknowledgement SMS or would it be an email? When should i expect that? I still see "no records found" on OCI website and "underprocess" on BLS website. Thanks for replying!
