Sure. I explained in my LOE that I already had a QSWP application in progress which I am cancelling to apply for EE. Then I explained why I am moving (to be closer to family, etc etc) and then proof of residence in Ontario.

I did. Unfortunately the agent I connected to wasn't helpful and just told me nothing has changed since the last time you called and that it'll take at least another 4-6 months to finalize my application. I ended up ordering GCMS notes after that call so we'll see what the notes say a month...

Don't know. Maybe the update was on Friday or Saturday and I just saw it this morning. Maybe there is a delay in the system updates. Maybe there is no update at all. I'll only know if I speak to an agent who is helpful who confirms if there was an update.

Got a ghost update today. AOR -17th Jan Finally got a ghost update today. Will try calling IRCC tomorrow and ask what was updated if they're working tomorrow.

I asked the agent who I spoke to. Alternatively you can always order GCMS notes and check there but that takes a month or two.

Hmmm unfortunately I don't know because I haven't had the bad luck of talking to a mean agent. I would just recommend politely hanging up and calling again if you get a mean agent. btw, what was the additional document request for? if you don't mind sharing.
