If you have CC from an international bank than go for it otherwise DD is better option in my opinion.

Dear Skhzkhs, I have also applied for 0211 category and I have submitted my ECA for MBA and Bsc Eng too because it is related to my NOC. No need to submit credentials for HSSC and SSc at all.
