AS per CIC contact center, they started the processing the March 12, 2019 applications received. I am hoping to receive an AOR today!

I read some people here that their application was sent back because they just included the IELTS as proof of language. School records like transcript and diploma are the best proof.

I can say that we can use Canada Post. I always use them and it's fine. You can register your mail and you will get a tracking number and confirmation. And it is way cheaper :)
