    AUGUST 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

I agree with you on both of those things!! It gives us a good idea of what is happening rather than just sitting there waiting for an email to show up and having no idea, time frame wise, when it might.

    AUGUST 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Please don't take my opinion as being what will happen. the 45 seems to be the norm but there can be many variables. Case load of the immigration people, summer backlog, summer is over so should be more people to do processing which would be a plus. Hard to know. IMO 45 would be great, 60 would...

    AUGUST 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Wait for another month before expecting AOR1, usually about 45 day seems to be the norm. If you forgot to sign a form they will return the app to you, most unfortunate thing of that is they do not advise you via email that it is being returned to you and it is sent via normal mail not courier. I...

    AUGUST 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

I certainly noticed it too. But I guess it is the months before us that will dictate when they get around to us. Only 75 in July which seems low as well, norm seems to be 120 to 150 per month. Maybe summer time is making a difference. I notice here and on a FB forum my wife is on that July...

*NEW* MANILA VISA OFFICE Philippines SPOUSE/FAMILY TIMELINE

Thanks for the confirmation. I didn't know if it was something new or different for a PPR from the TRV we did a few years ago. Was only looking for clarification. Cheers

*NEW* MANILA VISA OFFICE Philippines SPOUSE/FAMILY TIMELINE

You didn't read or maybe you didn't understand my message, I said, "We will do the BM and medical in Cebu WHEN REQUESTED". You didn't answer my question either. If you know what you are saying is a fact please give me proof of that. My Asawa is part of a FB group where many people talk about...

*NEW* MANILA VISA OFFICE Philippines SPOUSE/FAMILY TIMELINE

We plan on doing the BM and medical in Cebu when it's requested. You are sure that we will have to go back there again to submit the letter and passport? When we had the TRV issued a few years ago we only had to courier it to them. Going to Cebu for us to do that is a 3 day trip which isn't very...

My situation (Advice needed). My fiancnee (Philippines)

I'll throw in my 2 cents worth. I am a Canuck living in PH with my wife, we got married here 5 years ago. Regarding the marriage licence, your Fiance probably knows it is applied for at the municipal hall. According to my Asawa she can do that by herself, you don't have to be here to apply for...

    AUGUST 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

We originally did all the paperwork early in the new year then ran into problems and had to delay submitting it. Redid it all late July with what we tho't was all the new forms. Don't know why we didn't see that one. IMO the change of it adding Parent as an option is if there a same sex couple...

    AUGUST 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

We used the Sept '18 one, must not have been the new one. Did you look for differences on them? Apparently they aren't too strict unless there are major changes and give leeway for a period after the new one comes out. Read that on another thread on here.
