passport came back with work permit sticker but no visitor visa stamp. Both are approved.

Your husband can’t get two visas unless he applied for both. You only need one visa to enter Canada. When you applied for work permit outside Canada, the visa application is already included in that application.

passport came back with work permit sticker but no visitor visa stamp. Both are approved.

If you have your work visa then why do you need a visitor visa? Are you coming to Canada as a worker or as a visitor?

passport came back with work permit sticker but no visitor visa stamp. Both are approved.

Permits do not get pasted on passports, only visa does. You get the permit at point of entry. Permits are letter sized documents and won’t fit on passport pages.

Quebec imposes country cap for Regular Skilled Worker Program

It's a good idea, though, to have a country cap to promote a more diverse immigrants. That is, if Canada is really accepting diversity.

https://www.cicnews.com/2024/10/quebec-imposes-country-cap-for-regular-skilled-worker-program-1047278.html#gs.gaxnpq Will other provinces follow suit soon? IMO, the 25% is still high and would not help much to promote a true diversity in its population. A more realistic number, I think, is...

Can I flagpole at Pearson Airport to get my first PGWP?

I will copy @Naturgrl reply here: “If you are returning to Canada from an international flight then that is not flagpoling. Flagpoling is when you go to a land border, cross and tell US officials you are flagpoling so you never enter the US.” If your permit is lost in the mail, inform IRCC so...

Consultation Regarding Student Visa Rejection for Canada

Note that this is a voluntary forum. Hence, do not expect professional advice. IMO, the problem might be your DLI of choice, which is UCW. This DLI does not not have a good reputation, being a private college inside a mall. Try to get admission on a public university.

    Foreign Worker

Good rule of thumb when applying for jobs in Canada: You don’t pay any fees to employer. You only pay fees directly to IRCC for permits/visa application. Would suggest to also check with the DMW for assistance.

    Is BloomBerry a genuine Company

Unfortunately, you are have been scammed. No legit company would just hire you without getting to know you. How would that company know if you are qualified for the job or not? Certainly not through resumes alone.
