Received COPR and Passport just now!! No information on COVID delay. Planning to call the border agency to do a flag poling

I think they are doing it slowely. As my application was approved on Mar 13, they took 3 weeks to delivery it. It may take some time. But i think we are not allowed to do flag poling or inland entry. We should wait until the current situation gets settled.
