this is what it says on the last page of Physical Presence calculator ( where it gives the results) "Please make sure that the date of application used in this calculation and the date of signature on the application form are the same"

someone just answered this for me above...there is a bug in the form, from date is auto populated and cannot be changed...I am planning to keep the TO date one day prior to when i am signing and submit a explanation alongwith...

if you give Indian address then someone needs to be there at home to verify when police guy comes, lets say no one lives there then it MIGHT be a problem. even if u give rental address, i think u can get it changed later (if required- else dont bother to change it)
