Ofcourse not. It won't result in any problem for you or your application. But mind you, any false info would not be entertained, they have ways to determine documents' credibility.
Canada and US share immigration records but they do not share applicant's educational and work documents.
They won't have access to your work experience info. You will have to submit all documents once again.
It's not mandatory, you can apply on your own just make sure that you're submitting each and every required document. However you should apply through the non-SDS way because your IELTS score is not sufficient for SDS
