Jazakh Allah Khair! Praying for everyone to be united with their spouses soon. Just checked the IRCC Secure Portal this AM and it has everything as Approved and Final Decision. Plus the visa in passport date and number is visible. Just awaiting to receive the passport in hand this week now.

Passport is to be returned within 7-10 days. We expect to receive it this coming week. Flights have been booked 4 weeks out and am able to make amendments in case of any delays.

Woah! Actually! Do they actually mail/courrier out the passport to that Visa Office? Or just process the visa at the VFS?

Gives me hope to receive the Passport Request at least by end of the month hopefully. Being a July 26th applicant. But definitely no timeframe or expectation as to when one would receive their passport back from London VO.

If talking about incompetence, I went to a Service Canada office recently to get my Canadian Passport renewed - had me waiting in line standing for a solid 7.5hrs. Only to process me in 5minutes tops. It felt ridiculous and then the mandatory breaks the staff would take every 15minute or so.
