Yes you can call them without the help your representative. They ask you few basic questions like your application number, your name, DOB, under what class u have applied ( cec,fsw etc) then the agent will dive into your pr application progress and will let you know what's happening with your...

Actually I did it yesterday coz what agent said doesnt match with webform. In my 2nd webform its says MEETS the Eligibility and in my 3rd webform it says currently valid. So I called agent and he said Eligibility is passed. So I order gcms. But these webform are absolutely not accurate

Exactly, its incredibly annoying. Just imagine being in shower and you missed a call or may be being busy and missing the call. I dont know who came up with this lame idea of calling candidates instead of sending them emails.
