It all depends on the representative. In my case she was very nice and thoughtful and listened to my queries very patiently.

It appears ordering notes has worked for you. I have read somewhere that when someone orders notes, they look at your file and do some work on it. You will definitely get good news in a week or two. Good luck

I am also thinking to order CBSA ones because they tell only about security check in a detailed way.

May I know when did you order the notes?? CBSA or GCMS? And yes about inactive officer, does the officer’s code clearly indicates that so and so officer is inactive since how many days?

I have not ordered the notes yet, going to do it today only. By the way what is the significance of officer’s code? Are you also stuck at security and since when?? What does your notes tell about the security screening?

I am also planning ordering CBSA notes in a day or two. I think our files are not worked upon since November or December. Only god knows who will pick our files from that pile and when will they start working on them!!

Security check is going on forever without no end in sight. I wish there could be a way to ascertain what is actually happening at IRCC’s end!!! Calling the agents with different IQs and handling their weird temperaments are becoming difficult to handle now.
