    You need to recheck the form and check the right box and signature/date for the Sponsor or Co-signer section, if apply! Btw, I also used the 2021 version, I added the signature electronically on the form by using Adobe PDF~

    What's your guy's application number to start with? For me, it's XF00 ... I have tried this several times but have had no luck linking my application in GCKey.
