You got to check in ecas and you will see it. its not an email but it says your file concerning (insert name) has been processed since (add date) it was to be a date after your AOR 1.

I dont know if someone answered you. 1st SA is to advise you The second one tells you which VO the application goes to. Thats the one you include in your Quebec application. Hope this helps
