I sent an email to test email, no response, and then I called IRCC at 888-242-2100

I called them, they said they sent Urgent request to Mississauga office last week, no response from them however, they know that they have received that email. Agent told me I should wait till I receive the official email :(. My Oath is on Feb 9 (in 4 days) and no email yet, really weird.

Congratulations! Based on what I heard you will get paper certificate by the end of ceremony. But someone who has done in person ceremony can confirm. May I ask what date you have to attend ceremony and which office? I am scheduled for Feb 9 but no official email yet, only tracker update.

It was me who called IRCC and they told me my application was approved on dec 20th and same day they sent my application for Oath scheduling but I did not get any updates since then.

Nothing! Wonder what's happening with Mississauga office lately. Waiting for over a month after LPP completion and yet no update for oath! If our application is non routine, then why LPP became complete quickly!

Maybe try calling in the morning. It will give you options to select your application. e.g., Citizenship and then get the status. I do not recall the exact prompt.

The status of my application still says 'In Progress' since my oath ceremony hasn't even started. However, I confirmed with two agents during separate IRCC calls that I was granted citizenship on December 20th.
