I will do the same thing. Just not sure how should I know that the certificate is activated on their end so I can apply for my passport.

Congratulations!!

I emailed them on Jan 19 and got my oath update on Feb 2 not sure if it was because of that or not. Also I called them 2 times before getting my oath.

Hopefully she gets it very soon. I know it is very unfair and frustrating :(

Please email to the test email address ask them for oath.

You will also get yours a few days before your ceremony date hopefully before Feb 7. Just keep calling them and email them until they send you the email.
