I have sent my documents through BLS. The application date in tracker shows 7th Apr 2020 (eventhough purolator delivered on 3rd Apr 2020). Still status shows processing at consulate general. I believe they told it would be 10-15 days processing due to Covid.

Also we can submit the application without upfront medicals correct? Please confirm. I think normal procedure is to submit the application and IRCC sends out details for medical exam.

Hello. good to hear. what are the chances that Ontario includes 2171 in their Tech draws? I was expecting them to include it in 2020, but the first draw has spoiled my spirit. I am at 447 in 2171 NOC.

Again as per 2019, range was 435 and above. It is highly doubtful to go to 430, because I assume the pool would be too big compared to Ontario's target. I am not an expert, but that's what i think.

Tech Draw is part of Human capital "targeted" draws. Here only selected NOCs are picked up within the CRS range for NOI. It is expected, there would be a general draw in near future. But that is not 100% sure, because the last Human capital general draw for Ontario happened on Jan'2019. After...

Can the extra 600 points used for the second EE profile, if the first one is rejected? I thought PNP nomination is based on current profile. And can a person process both OINP and EE profile at the same time? meaning if with someone at 472 gets ITA in next draw, can they process both NOI...

Agree. Still i don't get the logic :) Why would someone with 472 would accept the invite and pay 1500 CAD extra and wait for extra 2 months processing.

I don't understand. What is the point of selecting someone with 472 who has good chance of getting EE ITA in next few draws. Even last year OINP draws were closer to EE CRS scores. Anyone has an explanation why would they do that?
