I applied in May 22nd and Biometrics in June 3rd and no updates yet. I haven't seen anyone from Bogotá visa office who did Biometrics in June get any updates, hopefully next week!

From what I understand there, even if you haven’t been approved, your time studying outside without permit counts towards your PGWP. https://www.georgebrown.ca/covid-19/applicant-faqs#withdrawal-spring21 And my college’s page states the same. But I will ask them properly and get back to you!

It depends on you university/college! Mine lets me start online and since I have applied for my study permit before my course starts, any time spent studying outside of Canada without study permit approval, still counts for PGWP.

I’m not sure about this information. Plenty of people I know (Colombians applying from Colombia) that have applied for a study permit didn’t get medical request because Ale is correct.

I was just notified that someone who applied on May 13 and got Biometrics done on May 19 got approved today, hopefully things keep moving forward and we get our answers soon!
