Hopefully. It seems CIC was processing faster than ever up till last week, and now seems to have slowed down for some reason. Maybe it's just in my head since it's getting close to my application.

I actually have been searching for such doctors who complete it quick. It seems getting an appointment with them takes a while, so it probably ends up taking the same amount of time as it would going to a doctor who does it within 2 weeks. In any case, you're close to the end of the process...

Your e-CAS status will reflect that they received the medicals, once they do.

I think GCMS notes are generated right away, even though they are sent a month later. So what you're seeing is a snapshot of your application a month ago, I think.
