It is permitted to scan a photo, it is written on this site : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/pr-confirmation-portal.html When I scan my photo, it's OK, but the quality isn't 100% the same as the printed photo. How is yours ?
