You will most like not get your OCI in time. You should apply for e-Visa asap and also make arrangements so someone can receive your OCI and maybe send it to India for your return. With that said, I hope you do get it, but you'll be cutting it too tight for your travels.
The general trend is 12-13 days post dispatch date, so you should get a new update by tomorrow or next week Monday. BLS would then take a couple of days to courier the document, so, by next week Friday, you should have your OCI in-hand.
Hey, I get your point, but I believe it's not a requirement to have followers when you trying to share feedback on Twitter. There is also option to email BLS with the PMO, CGI and HCI offices in cc. The emails can be found on their official websites. Good luck
OCI update: I submitted OCI card applications for myself and my wife in person at BLS Brampton on March 2. We received acknowledgment on March 15, and the card was processed on April 5th. It appears that there is a consistent pattern of a two-week acknowledgment period followed by three weeks...

Hey, the queue is not that bad, don't worry. Just make sure all applicants tag along and go there at least 30 mins before if not earlier. Most people are coerced into picking courier services, so there aren't many people picking up tbh.
