marr cert - guess what, in my case (Delhi Govt system generated) the certificate didn't state my wife's maiden name! so it was like wife kapoor marrying husband kapoor, whereas wife kapoor was wife chopra before the marriage! all the best!

if there are ANY two documents which have different surnames for your wife, make sure to submit the name change affidavit (and marriage cert is surely a document they'll ask even though the website states that it is needed only when OCI is being applied based on spouse's merits). you would...
