I submitted them via webforms. They only notified me after a week that they received my documents. They said there should be a final decision on June 23, but since June 11 I haven't received any updates neither an email from them about my application.

They asked for the update form of the imm5669 and police records.

I've given up on calling them. When you call them they act like you called the wrong office. And you should just wait. But I send them webforms, at least twice a week. It's very frustrating. May I know about the message that you said maybe on the 24th of this month we might receive updates?
