Hi All I got request from NDVO to submit additional documents to ndvo, they requested attachments less than 3mb when replying back to their email delhiimmigration...ca on dec 15, i replied 4 attachments separate email to ndvo email and got general reply ( thank yo for the email, we received....)...

yes new notes 2 months older after submission

we sent email on dec15 and dec 20 but gcms showing incoming 1 status : requested date: dec 30 via: online attachments:0 and tracker shows dec 30 we received information you sent us… i called mp and they’re saying no attachments on the file @hirasalam

idk i checked in my gcms no attachments are showing

@hirasalam i submitted by email and there’s is no way i can submit each 2.5mb pic file into gckey they asked us to send reply to email for adr

@hirasalam if you dont mind can you check your gcms notes and go to incoming would you paste the latest incoming 1 and incoming 2 thanks

my tracker shows dec 30 we received the information you sent us but gcms on same date shows incoming but status says requested via online but no attachments showing does your gcms shows incoming with attachments and what it shows on via:? can you check for me thanks @hirasalam

so all these above lines happened on same day , can you share tracker dates @hirasalam

@hirasalam when you submitted your adr does the submitted date match the date on the tracker tool and what message shows on the tracker tool when they received the adr

hello @Alishas i got the same request from Ndvo i emailed them but i am in same situation like yours

same i also called MP and they said the attachments are not on the file yet. i sent email to NDVO on dec 15 and dec 20. call me so we can discuss further what we can do

me same i sent the additional documents on dec 15 and dec 20 to NDVO and after that no updates. t this is super stressfull, i completely understand call me

@theprabhsingh i have 4 documents each are 2mb and all have photos of marriage and whatsapp screenshot. if i reduce the file size we can see the fonts but we can not see the images its gets blury its impossible to maintain the pictures visible if i reduce the file size.
