I called CIC office today and the officer informed me that ARC will be dealt by the local visa office which is London. As per my understanding, each office has its own processing time and my LVO might be processing a different date of ARC application.

which the date of receipt they refer to, is it the PR application receiving date or ARC application date?

I was given 17 days to pay and send the letter not even 30 days as some people claim. Any one knows why??
