Warsaw visa office applicants!! Let's join here and share our ideas.

Well, I still believe they do process files on the 'first come - first served' basis. The point is the following steps are not linear as the process is very case specific with many factors affecting the timelines (e.g. overall case complexity, visa officer, background checks, random quality...

Not necessarily. Look at the timelines in the global spreadsheet. P.S. I'm processed by Warsaw too.

WHAT DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITED TO UPDATE MY MARITAL STATUS

Hi, Why did you wait so long? The onus was on you to update the NDVO with this information in a timely manner. Write a cover letter explaining your situation, complete a new version of the generic application form that contains details of your dependants as well as renewed family information...

Express Entry Vs the normal immigration process

Hi, If you applied under old FSW2014 program and your CC is already charged, then this is a good news for you. You should get PER e-mail soon. After that you will receive an AoR from your local visa office but some offices do not send them at all. You should be waiting for your medical request...

Warsaw visa office applicants!! Let's join here and share our ideas.

There are a few more MR's and a few more cases where MR's are delayed exactly the same way as I demonstrated above. You see, there are neither "uniques", nor "usuals" at the VO stage. Every case is unique to certain extent and it takes different time frames to process each of them. Moreover...

Change of job after CIC received my application, Do I have to inform??

Yes, that's true. The point is that the local visa office may conduct certain background checks and make verification calls to your employer(s). And if they find out you're not longer working there, this might trigger extra queries, requests for additional documents or, at worst...

Yet another piece of amazing statistics from Russian forum: PER Received / MR Received 14-NOV-2014 / 20-JAN-2015 15-NOV-2014 / 20-JAN-2015 Though some timelines show the following: PER Received / MR Received 18-JUN-2014 / 19-JAN-2015 Thus, it really doesn't work in a FiFo way, the process is...

I would really appreciate if more Warsaw applicants updated the global spreadsheet as it seems to be irrelevant now. Many records were left untouched for too long and it makes it near to impossible to make any estimates. Only two MR's from Warsaw by now as per spreadsheet :(

Hi all, I'm a 21-JUL-2014 applicant, received PER on 15-NOV-2014, AOR from Warsaw has a 01-DEC-2014 date stamp. And now I see the 2nd line showed up in eCAS saying they had started processing my application on 15-JAN-2015.

    neeed your helppppppppppppppppp

I'd contact London Visa Office and requrest a CAIPS/GCMS for details. Shit happens but there's no need to panic. And yes, if your meds expire, you'll have to undergo the examination again.

Change of job after CIC received my application, Do I have to inform??

Have you received an AOR from your local visa office? You should update them with your new occupation, no need to send anything to CIO.

FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

Yes, the process itself is linear and straightforward only at the CIO stage. Once the file is transferred to a local visa office, it becomes very case specific and statistics are not good for any estimates anymore. Just be patient. Or make ATIP/GCMS every three months or so :)
