According to GCMS, expected date is 30 MAR 2022; i hope by then i will get the OATH invitation

if it is "Decision Made" it should also be on ECAS.

No, not at all. according to ECAS i have ECAS Status

Send a webform then. with all papers and explain all situations

Which office? Send them an explanation letter with physical presence calculation via mail.

Yes, i am waiting for that. Prohibition , Language , Physical presence = In progress and Oath ceremony is not started. Back Check and Test = Completed.
