guys, just want to understand is it a good choice to do upfront medicals now? I've seen someone posting in FB group that they did so and got PPR afterwards.

It may take months I guess although I hate to accept it.

FSW-O Feb 1,2020, I keep getting GU's, just now I got my 7th GU.. Recent GU's are Jul 27, Jun 3, May 16.. What is IRCC possibly busy with right now...this is a crazy organization.

Will they issue PPR to FSW like us waited for 18 months already?

so if my passport has only 5 months validity, they can still issue COPR/pr visa. But I can't travel because passport is less than 6 months validity. I just want to know that, thanks.

@legalfalcon Hello Legal falcon, my passport is expiring in 6.5 months, do I need to renew it now or I can still wait a bit longer? I meant if my passport is less than say 5 months, will IRCC stop processing or then actually stop processing when the passport totally expires? Thanks.

It's so weird I got again a ghost update.Nothing changed again..After dead silence for around 9 months, i've got 2 ghost updates in a month(exclude the GU when medical expired). Anyone knows what's happening lately? My security was valid since Aug 2020, what possibly is IRCC doing?

I got another ghost update again..Thought it should be medical pass since last ghost update set medical pass to "you do not need..", but nothing even changed when clicked in. Are they doing something to outland applicants now according to your knowledge ? @legalfalcon Thanks.

Got my 4th GU that medical changed to "You do not need a medical exam".Endless waiting continues.

Yes, meds will expire in a month, and in the medical section it says M profile: 1 and S profile: 1. And thank you for your detailed explanation.
