Does IRCC send 2 emails 7 days/one week prior to oath ceremony ? One for oath ceremony (instruction , Microsoft link etc) and another email for certificate download ?

Have got some updates : Office - Scarborough ; Application submitted - Aug 13 ; AOR - 18th Sep ; Test , FP, BG - completed in OCT ; LPP - completed now and oath scheduled.

Test complete on 23rd Oct ; back ground on 30th Oct ; no update further ; I think it’s the officer who is assigned to pick the file and it’s not based on AOR or anything.

how long does it take to get the GCMS notes now a days ? is it same 4 weeks or one month ?
