So PCC was not the last thing I did before final decision update. It was medical and it was after 2 weeks it was passed that the GCKey got updated to final decision.

You can proactively submit the police certificate via webform once it is ready. I did similar thing and I was never asked for it again in the process. Good luck!

Once their passport is stamped, your parents can choose to enter Canada any time within the validity of their stamped visa. The visa expiry date is written on the top right-hand corner. This expiry date is same as the expiry date on their COPR. Good luck!

I believe you submitted your application this year. If this is the case, I doubt if you will be able link the application now because IRCC haven’t started processing it yet. Generally, you should be able to link the application once you receive AOR which comes with an Application number. Good luck!

Yes, you need to create GCKey account and link her application to it. That way, you will be able to see the updates.

Absolutely no issues, my mom did same thing. She got biometric request letter two weeks before she was scheduled to arrive in Canada and I waited for to get here to have it completed. On completion, the biometrics was updated on GCKey same day.

You need to completely fill out the form first before printing it to pdf such that only signature will be left to be signed after printing to pdf.
