Yes it would be good if you provide the intent letter right away. Because in my case , I have not submitted the intent while submitting the application and after 8 months I received request letter to submit the letter of intent .

Try adding the letter of intent (You can do it before they ask using Webfarm) you can mention about you closed work permit. Whereas I would suggest try moving out of Quebec province if possible for reducing chances of rejection if any.

Yes that seems clear with application submitted after us have been approved. :( I thought being invited in Feb 14 draw was a good thing. As their won't be much eligibility validation they had too. But clearly I was wrong.

Almost same timelines as yours and havent heard anything from March 12th after passing the medicals. Its almost been 5 months now. Even after submitting the web farm we get the static response every time saying 'rest assured we are processing your application' :(
