Dar es salaam can do it very quickly if they want , even in oneday …. and they communicate by email u can also contact them on your behalf and send the documents and proof u gave to your MP

My spouse was asked to submit passport on 3rd june and get it back from dar es salaam visa office on 21 st june and landed in canada on 28th june 2021 , so this is the end , Total of 33 months of processing (26 months for PR of PA applicant and 7 Months for dependant)

for my spouse after additional documents on 12th jan 2021 the next day they asked for medical and after that the application was transferred to hong kong visa office which gave Pre arrival services letter on 12thMay 2021 and passport request from Dar es salaam visa office on 3 june 2021...

All i know is that if an pplicant receive pre arrival services letter that means the eligibility has been evaluated and it is passed, in other words your relation is genuine if also criminality and security are passed then very soon wait for PPR, so in all those steps the only thing that means...

Thank u! IRCC is sending some applications from offices which are affected by COVID to offices which have enough staff working , it is happening to many applicants in different categories, so ours was sent in Hong Kong

I cant tell u exactly when but u are lucky your spouse got DM , PPR is very very soon
