Yes...see if Univ is willing to do, you can say yes to marksheet too, no harm done. You don't even need certificate from Univ, that can be a photocopy by yourself too.

Not sure...mine was generated 2 days before estimated date. My wife's estimated date is 28th and still not reached 'final review'.

Update: Status change to final review - 18 Nov Got final report - 20 Nov So finished the process 2 days before their deadline..and took just over a month from initial submission.
