No no, they didn’t send me passport request yet. Last update on ecas: they requested me police clearance certificate. Not passport. It’s still some wait after decision made....

I don’t know either, just assume it’s because my passport can easily be checked in the international database, all info will pop up... and some countries don’t have this thing. Thank u for kind thoughts, I will pray for u to get decision made soon!!!!

yes London, I am still not sure if applicant is approved or not. But, hope it is. :) Pre arrival is not the last step. They do background check after it. And for some countries,sadly, it takes longer. I remember your webform reply that it takes 6-12 months to finish it. Tell me, have u ever...

Call to medical office and ask if u can pass medical right now? They should be able to advise u if it’s fine or not...

Nope, decision made just yesterday.

I received my pre arrival in August. Now, on ecas it says: decision made. That’s all for now.... I have no any idea how long it will take now for passport request. But hope not too long:)

Oh((( still waiting. I am glad to get decision made. Hope it’s not a refusal:) it’s not really the end for me yet, still need passport request. What I would do in your case, I would either wait or... go to mp. My husband called one at 11 month and they were eager to help us closer to the end...

You can send a webform to inquire about the status of your application. And since you are over 12 months, you have a right to connect with Canadian member of parliament. MP will be able to help u find out what is wrong with the case and why it takes so long.

When my hubby sent webform a bit over a week ago, we got a reply that file under review by officer... so not even sure when they done background check. Unless it’s possible to rely on gckey: it was started on August 16.
