Maybe you don’t enter something right? Like last name from capital letter... try and you should be able to access your Ecas... https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do did you get file transfer or to pay any kind of fees? Sometimes they request medical and biometrics after the transfer...

Just provide all the proof you have and answer all the questions they address to you. PFL sometimes is a good thing...

Sorry about your situation. Can you try getting PCC through some third party in India without going there?

Was your file transferred to local vo after medical? Probably just wait until September and if you don’t hear anything until that time, connect your mp. also you can try ordering your gcms notes. Try calling cic to find out what stage your application is as well... that’s all what I would do...

November 7 application received, 22 of February medical done, July 4 file transferred to London

I am also principal applicant, only my husband received letter... and then change on ecas. Nothing else...

Yes, only based on what I read here. My case November 7 2018 and was transferred to London’s on July 4 2018... so I believe it will be 12 months... just hope not more...

I am pretty sure everything is fine and your sponsorship approval will also come... maybe your case is moving a little bit faster:)

Request to pay the fees? Or to go through biometrics? Usually it comes after sponsor approval...

Ah I understand what you mean, in my case I have a lawyer so she made sure they received it... I guess better to give them a call

I am 100% sure in my case they know about biometrics, I received receipt that I paid for bil. Don’t think calling them will lead to anything or will speed up the process... but maybe, you can go ahead and ask them what’s up with it. Asking a question won’t hurt anyone :)

Me as well, I finished my medical in February and even file transfer after 8 months waiting in Sydney. I don’t think they forgot about biometrics , I guess it will be sent just later. Who knows maybe even towards the end of the process.
