I have now been in Canada (Toronto) since Sunday! Finally made it. The US CBP side was kinda rude to me when exporting my car, but CBSA was pretty nice. I got my temporary Ontario license and health card and opened a bank account and got a Costco membership. Waiting on the official debit/credit...

Understood. I never had ADRs, but back then people always said web form. Maybe things have changed. I had AOR of December 2018 and PPR in March 2019.

Just curious: why are they not accompanying? You're going to just live in another country without them?

Have you raised any web forms recently to see if you can get it un-stuck? Or are they just not issuing CoPRs outside of Canada due to COVID still?

Glad it worked for you. Also glad to hear they have a callback option now. That has to be way better than what we used to deal with.

So you don't have to go for a landing interview? I don't know about Quebec's system. Huge congrats!

I have never heard of a VO calling someone to tell them the golden email is coming. This person didn't ask for info or money did they?

Hi @Dave007. I haven't seen your name in a while. I'm sad to see you're still pre-PPR. Hopefully in time you'll get there!

Download TextNow. Get an Ontario number. Dial 888-242-2100 in TextNow. It uses data/wifi not voice minutes, and is free.

That doesn't really surprise me with the virus going on. Probably lots of people are trying to find out how it impacts them and especially their landings, since Canada just closed their border to non-citizens/non-PRs. Edit: They've provided more info...

    Landing Experience - YYZ - August 24, 2019

It's probably easiest/safest to arrive in the province of your PNP. However, this isn't a legal requirement. As long as you can satisfy the CBSA officer that you intend to settle in the province you stated, you should be fine. Again though, if it was me, I'd fly to the province I did the PNP for.
