I am not very familiar with the what is accessible for a spouse of a permanent resident. I know you could sponsor her to obtain PR But not sure about work permit or other visas.

I think Etobicoke is faster than Montreal between P1 and P2 so hopefully you will get it soon. You can check on the forum people from same visa office in the past few weeks how long it took.

What is your visa office ? Timelines vary widely between offices. Currently for Montreal looks to be 2-3 weeks

You should call IRCC, it is possible they already sent the P1 and you did not receive it. I think you have a representative? The email will probably go to them but they need to forward it to you. Either way you can call IRCC to make sure they did sent the P1.

I dont think so. If you got ban it means they did not accept your explanation in your answer to PFL. Your only way is to do judicial review with Federal Court - you have only a limited time to do this and you need a lawyer to do this on your behalf. There is no guarantee judicial review will work.

I replied the following day, 13th March and resent it a week later.

Finally got P2 today ! P1 was 12th March

Update: P1 12th March (VO Montreal) P2 28th March

Just PA as long as you put all the info for dependants as well.

That's more than what I would anticipate. I did not know they can tell you if they sent P2 and if portal account was created, that's good to know !

What did they say on the phone ?

P1 12th March. Still nothing today. Kind of losing hope for this week as tomorrow is last day before the long week end.
