i just called ircc again, everything including security is cleared for me and my partner, the primary office is Montreal and secondary is NDVO and the last update on my file was made by Montreal office. So the agent suggested to raise a webform for both the VOs. I guess you had the same case...

I managed to get connected to a customer service agent via call (thanks for the fongo world suggestion), they just said that your application is still in progress and although ircc guidelines says that any application should get approved within 27 months and mine has been going on for 28 months...

We received the biometric request on 13th Jan, completed the biometrics on 17th Jan and the status updated to background verification completed on 10th Feb..

When is you copr expiry? Asking because I think when we receive RFV depends on when the COPR is getting expired..

Thanks for explaining it so well. My file is currently at New Delhi Visa Office in India. Not sure how much the strike in Canada will impact processing in other countries but it is slow nonetheless. It's already more than two months since they issued new COPR numbers.

Mine is completed, i am actually a expired COPR holder so everything for me is completed, it's my spouse's eligibility that is showing up as not started.

On application status tracker, everything is completed except eligibility. Eligibility is not even started but I can see a COPR number. Is this normal or does eligibility stays like this till the file is completed?

The wait time sucks.. BTW which site you used for GCMS? and which category you applied under? Like only electronic notes or CBSA report as well?

Have you raised a request for gcms notes? If yes, you received them in how many days? I am planning to apply for mine and se what is the status of my file.. for us, eligibility is still not started yet, rest all is marked as completed.

Maybe you could also try raising a webform saying you might have missed the PPR as everything is green on your profile and if they could re send..
