Hi, After we sent the asylum documents they did not reply to us for a year. We sent the asylum documents in November 2019. We got a reply in August 2020. They have not yet made a decision on our file. Hope this helps :)

Do they usually ask for additional documents before Pre-arrival? I was confused about that too. I was not sure why they sent Pre-arrival. I thought it meant that we passed eligibility.
