I am also at 38 months already and still waiting, unfortunately because quebec applicants are less important.

All family has protected status. As i Said everything was passed and just decision was pending as per GCMS notes, Call centre agent and MP but it was getting delayed by officer and now our security has expired so not sure how much more time they will take as it is already 38 months.

Just to confirm your identity. You full name, dob, address ph etc

UCI is enough Plus she will ask for security questions and will give you status also you can get your application number from agent for future reference.

Same process for renewal only thing is you should send your expired RTD with application and if it has any valid visa you can explain and request return of old one with new one.

I filled it myself and form is available online. I am in quebec.

Its just a single page form. You put the information and certify it from oath commissioner.

Please if there is any way i can get my decision soon it would be great help. waiting for 37 months already.

I applied on may 10 and today i received it. I have visa as well i explain and request it to send it back with new RTD I got both.
