My card was approved on Jan 28 and haven't received it yet. I'm freaking in right now. Does it take that long? Or maybe i should say the weather since we pretty have lots of snow this winter in Ontario. I read on this forum some take 2-3 days and its delivered. Thanks

It shows on My Cic account. Usually you get email notification when there is update if you link the application to your account

I got a ghost update on thursday and disappear now. Earlier I called IRCC and the rep told me as of the time I spoke to him my card was in production. The update is gone now but nothing yet What is ghost update anyway and I'm curious to know who coined the name'ghost update'

I landed on Dec 17, 2018 @ Niagara falls. No I haven't received any photo request. I called IRCC today and the agent told me it has been send to printing/production as of today ( I can't remember the term he use) so it's not gona be long. Thank you

No it doesn't. When he is approved he/she will be notified. The medical is part of your assessment for PR. Your spouse approval usually comes at the later stage in the process. Get the medical done soon as you can and wait. Patience is the key
